Northern Counties receive national title at the NASS Awards
Northern Counties School has been awarded with a national title at the National Association of Special Schools Awards!
The celebrated their annual awards at the two-day conference in Bristol, shining a light on the achievements of individuals and organisations within the SEND sector.ÌýÌý
Northern Counties School was announced as the winners of the Innovation in Education award for a new outcome tool designed to measure the impact of therapy on learner’s quality of life and access to education.Ìý
Reflecting on the win, Martin Lonergan, headteacher at Northern Counties said:Ìý
“Gaining national recognition for our work is an incredible achievement. Every member of staff at Northern Counties works tirelessly to improve the lives of our pupils, and the development of this new outcome measurement tool is just one example of that commitment.Ìý
